Your post is a little iffy.

But anyways, sometimes I just lay on my bed and wach TV and browse this site on the iPhone meanwhile my computer is 2 feet away.
 
PC...I don't use my iPhone 24/7.

If you are using a full qwerty keyboard for posting on a website you should be typing out your messages...honestly it doesn't take that much more effort to type on an iPhone keyboard than a regular keyboard. The only reason why anyone should be abbreviating things on a keyboad is if they are using a crappy phone keyboard (non-qwerty).

Standard internet abbreviations are different (they are generally much longer than texting abbreviations and are commonly used...on the internet). It's when you try to save time by typing regular words abbreviated that it looks stupid. You show a lack of respect for your fellow posters by not typing out what you have to say. Why should I respect what you have to say if you can't be bothered to fully type out a message you are posting?
 
I doesn't matter which device I am using, I always use complete sentences. And now that my wife has inherited my "old" iPhone to use (she was saddled with a RAZR, poor woman 😉), there is no excuse for her when texting me, I expect full sentences that are grammatically correct. 😀

Incidentally, I'm on my iPhone right now, but mostly surf with the MacBook.
 
I like how he made a simple and fun thread, and it turned into an attack on one word he used in his subject line.

jeez it was a simple question... i just enjoy the ease of sitting on the porch or riding in the car (not driving) and being able to go online and check macrumors.com and see what other people are talking about... so i just created this just to see if there was anyone else enjoying life...and their iphone just as much as me...
 
I'm on my iPhone, since I'm in bed just up from a nap. I'll be moving to my iBook in a few minutes, though. Browsing in bed with an iPhone is so much more comfortable than a hot iBook. 🙂
 
I can't wait to get mine because mobile browsing sucks eggs on my tilt. This site is barely useable from Mobile IE and almost barely from Opera Mobile.
