I was considering updating my iPhone 5 but even 4.7" is a bit bigger than I'd like. Maybe I'll hold onto my phone as long as I can. If I got either, it'd be the regular iphone 6, definitely not the plus.

6P in the new year i think, but i think it gonna cost around £750 here in the UK for the 64GB version.:eek:

Still pissed about the screen on the 4.7, and the fact they did not make 32gb standard.

I will be going with 4.7/64 in slate. I just cant handle a 5.5" phone, and I will be jealous of you guys that get it

Superficially looking at how Apple presented the two, it seems like it's the Plus that is going to be their main focus. So it could be suggested, very prematurily and without evidence to support it, that the 6 is going to be the low end version, while the "real deal" would be the 6 Plus.
Which is a hilarious move.

Seems stupid to gimp the smaller version, the only differences should be the screen size and battery size to cope with the larger screen. And it stinks that they got rid of the 32GB yet kept the 16GB it should be the other way around!

I'm still leaning toward the 6, because I just don't want a bigger phone than that. I don't feel like I have that much use for the additions in the camera, which seem to be the big difference, as far as I can tell.

I have to see both devices in person first. I want the 5.5, but I remember the Note 3 was really big. Im sure Apple can do it better, but I dont know man 400 isnt cheap. I definitely want bigger than 4.7 though. Decisions, decisions.

I'm over 6 feet tall and have large hands. I owned the 6 inch Lumia 1520 and it is just slightly bigger than the 6 Plus. Trust me, the phone is too big. It is a pain to find car mounts that work, don't jiggle the phone to much while driving and don't block a lot of the controls or dash space. Try sitting down with a phone this big in your front pocket. PIA.

The 6+ is better than the 6, but people are gonna find out real quick that the 6+ is too big and will end up returning it. Just wait.

Thanks for that info. I got a 4.7 pre-order case and, being a smallish person, it seemed like quite enough :)

A 5.5" screen is a 5.5" screen the bezels at the top and bottom look pretty big.

I've used a Galaxy Note 3, put it in my pocket (with a case on it) and it's worked fine for me. BTW, I'm 6'4".

I guess alot of people will have to get used to typing on there phones on it's side with 2 thumbs :p

Most likely going for a 64GB i6 Plus here. i'm really digging the tablet-like interface, as well as OIS. I wish the base model was 32GB, as I would have gone with that, but what are you gonna do?

I think I'm going to order the 64gb iPhone 6...had planned to do 32gb with the next iPhone but seeing as that is no longer an option I guess the 64gb is the next best thing
