If I only have the standard Apple apps & glances installed, I can still have 30% battery left at the end of a 17 hour day - however, it seems that if I have ANY other apps/glances installed & run one of them, I get a massive battery life hit & get approx 13 - 16 hours out of it if I'm lucky!

Previous to my Apple Watch I wore Mechanical Watches and obviously they don't use batteries so as long as you wore them daily they were endless in telling the time. At the end of the day I took my Mechanical Watch off and placed it on my Desk ready for the morning.................Never Ever Thought of Batteries :)

Similar to my Mechanical Watches of the past I wear my Apple Watch during my long days and place it on my desk at night on a stand. Just like my Mechanical watches of the past I pick up my Apple Watch in the morning and trot along into my day.................Never Ever do I Think of Batteries :)

I put my watch on around 7AM, take it off and put it back on the charger around 11PM and most of the time I have over 50% left. Even on days I work out I still am above 40%.

Slept with the watch on and now it's down to 50% with 22 hours and 48 minutes standby. I'm always tempted to remove the battery complication.

Im like others here, I can get two days from mine. I start my morning at 0430 and take it off at 17 or 1800.
With 60 to 70% left.

I dont think its anything to be proud of , it shows how uneventful my life is and how many friends I dont have :(
***** you apple watch , who are you to judge me and my social life....I hate you.... Ding (tap tap).....oohhhh email from Macrumors...wooohooo!! I love my watch.

I'm happy with it. Last night after having the Watch on from around 8:20am until around 11:30pm, I still had over 60% battery left. I didn't work out yesterday but on days where I do, the lowest I've been down to is around 47%.

On an overnight trip, I once brought my Watch without the charger and put it into power saving mode when I went to sleep that night. By the time I returned home and put it on the charger, I still had somewhere around 13-15% battery left, so it was basically able to last me two full (workout-less) days.

For transparency, mine is the 42mm version. I had the 38mm for a couple of weeks and generally I would probably end the day with around 20% less battery than I get now with my 42mm; like under the same conditions for yesterday, I would probably have like 43% left on my 38mm vs like 63% on my 42mm.

When I had my 38mm I would end up with about 25% for a normal day (6am-10pm with about an hour of exercising tracking. Now that I have a 42mm I end up with about 40-50% even with it tracking 75 minutes of Taekwondo. I'm very happy with battery life as I am fine charging it at night.
