I happen to be. :)
im upgrading for the faster Safari, iTunes home sharing, and overall improved system performance and battery life. Im on an iPod touch 4G 8GB so the home sharing is a biggie :D plus i have awful battery life on 4.2.1. i also like the new FaceTime icon, unlike the generic 4.2 icon.

so what about you guys and girls? Will YOU be updating to 4.3? and if so, why?

The Safari improvement is in how it handles Java applets. I wouldn't count on Safari blowing your socks off.

I'll wait til the JB comes out. Which the rumor mill says should be Day-1ish.

You forgot one option. Developers, developers, developers, developers, developers, developers, developers, developers, developers, developers, developers, developers, developers, developers, developers, developers, developers, developers, developers, developers, developers, developers, developers, developers, developers, developers, developers, developers, developers, developers, developers, developers, developers, developers, developers, developers, developers, developers, developers, developers, developers, developers, developers, developers, developers, developers, developers, developers, developers, developers, developers, developers, developers, dev...

When will Apple give the iPhone some decent profiles. Bad enough to have to wait 15 minutes for an email but then not even hear the notification is priceless!

Back on my 9780 Blackberry with AT&T

I will after a couple weeks. My device is jailbroken right now and I'll eventually make the update/rejailbreak.

already have,

no real reason except why not, I dont plan to JB so might aswell have the most up to date OS on it,

I will when apple releases it. I have a developers account but I'm not willing to update it, until apple releases it to the public - call me crazy ;)
