Are you updating to iOS 4.3?

im upgrading for the faster Safari, iTunes home sharing, and overall improved system performance and battery life. Im on an iPod touch 4G 8GB so the home sharing is a biggie plus i have awful battery life on 4.2.1. i also like the new FaceTime icon, unlike the generic 4.2 icon.

so what about you guys and girls? Will YOU be updating to 4.3? and if so, why?

The Safari improvement is in how it handles Java applets. I wouldn't count on Safari blowing your socks off.
