argghhh! loose key on new mbp

My shift key was loose, but I was able to pop it back in with some effort. I bet if you take it to a store, they can take care of it.

ahhh i was so happy today. it's a minor imperfection but... damn.

i wouldnt accept it.. return it for another one if it's not perfect.. you'll be using it for a long time hopefully.

went to the apple store, they tried to fix it and couldnt so they gave me a new one. the new one is perfect.

apple store is so much easier to deal with than big box chains. Imagine if this had happened at circuit city.
