Damn you iPhone and the Daylight savings bug! I woke up today 1 hour earlier...

Will this ever be fixed?

same happened to me

I also woke 1 hour earlier. I tried resetting the iPhone 4 (iOS 4.2.1) and setting alarms again but they still are one hour off...

Indeed, same here... The hour was correct, but the alarm just set of 1h early.

I think I will create 5 alarms instead of the recurring one...

Apple really are incompetent when it comes to the alarm clock in iOS. They've had so many PR disasters every time the clocks change somewhere in the world. You'd have thought they would have got the problem sorted to avoid more negative PR but apparently not.

They always have to try to do **** themselves. They should have just copied and pasted someone else's WORKING clock code. Reading from the system clock was one of the first things we did in programming, and they can't get that right?

I'm sure it's more complicated than it seems.

me iphone4 - 4.1 JB - alarm goes off 1h early
wife iphone3gs - 4.1 JB- alarm been good with no issues

will there ever be an official fix for this alarm issue??

I was having the same problem until I restored to 4.2.1 jailbreak. It works fine now. I have an iPhone 4. Kind of a pain since I was waiting for 4.3, but it's worth it to fix the problem.
