Hello guys!

I am trying to run this software from the Turkish government on a 2024 macbook MacOS sonoma with arm silicon processor. It worked perfect on a old 2014 mbp big sur intel. But get this error on the new macbook:

"UNABLE TO LOAD JAVA RUNTIME ENVIRONMENT"

This is the software: MODERATOR NOTE - download link removed

I have tested with later java version and older one.

When running java -version in terminal I get this:
java version "1.8.0_411"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_411-b09)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 25.411-b09, mixed mode)

Thank you for help!

Yes I have installed that JAVA version.

= This is https://www.oracle.com/java/technologies/downloads/#java8-mac

And the app on appstore is not the same software. That version is a lightversion compared to the one on gov.tr website.

I am very thankful if you have any idea on how to solve this. Thank you very much in advance!

The Uyap Doküman Editörü app works if you install the Intel version of Java (macOS x64 jre-8u411-macosx-x64.dmg), tested on Sonoma 14.4.1 (23E224) MBA M1

If you are afraid of zip files, disable “Open ‘safe’ files after downloading” and check their signature.
Wow! Thank you very much! So wierd it even works to install a java software made for intel. I should have think outside the box :). Thank you! Very smart.
