Armband for iPhone 4

I'm looking for an armband for my iPhone 4 and, although I don't have arms like Hulk Hogan, almost every one I've tried are too small and the velcro lets go at a very very inopportune time. In addition, I'd prefer one with that I could use outside if it rains so water-proof or water-resistant.

Any suggestions?

There is no waterproof armband but there is water resistant one like:

I like the igadgitz one alot but does anyone know one that will fit larger arms? There must be a few bodybuilders out there with this issue.
