Most apps are pretty useless on the Watch IMHO unless they have a complication allowing them to be accessed easily but one exception I recently found is AroundMe, especially for driving.
Looking for a restaurant nearby before a meeting - fire up app, hit category, pick a restaurant and then fire off directions for the phone all while I was stopped at traffic lights.
Pretty useful.
Even better if it had a complication but actually worthwhile as it is.
