Are you seriously asking us how to mess up ARP?

no, just for a tool to do it.

There is nothing wrong on it if I do it on my own LAN.

    So,
I've found several of them. I tried the ones I was using on Linux and they actually compile fine on OSX.

On MacPorts there is Ettercap and arpspoof which is part of dsniff.

Another tool, developped by my teachers ;), is arp-sk which requires libnet11 from macports before you run ./configure.

    cheers,
    Tex

    ARP tools

I am interested in some good tools for monitoring ARP to discover and perhaps prevent ARP poisoning attacks.

aireplay-ng, which is included with aircrack-ng.

Aireplay doesn't work on OS X, though, but it's the best tool there is for reinjecting ARP packets.

This is something different. I don't want to reinject ARP packets into a WLAN. All I wanted to do is to forge ARP packets to poison and redirect the traffic on a LAN.

    My bad.

    Try Ettercap.
