Arrange By And View Options Of Finder

I am a new Windows to Mac covert. Can anyone please tell me how to set the sorting and view options to be the default for all files (including subfolders) in Finder? Thanks in advance.

Open a folder. Right click on any free space. Select 'Show View Options'. Set your preferences. Hit 'Use as Defaults'. Done 😉
