how long does everyone thing will it take for a mbp to arrive, if i order on 11th june? i am in the us.

It depends what you have customized on it.

I know for example that the 7200-rpm HDD takes 3-4 weeks to deliver, instead of overnight.

For a MacBook (not Pro), I ordered the base model on Monday, with 1GB RAM and upgraded to a 120GB HDD, fairly simple really, and it's now Friday here and it's on it's way (as of Wednesday). I assume it'll get to me Today or Saturday. That should give you a rough idea.

For the MacBook Pro, standard configuration, it should take whatever length of time is advertised on the online store, which is probably overnight or 1-2 days. I haven't checked.

RAM won't delay...just the 7200 rpm option for 15 inch right now is making the delay problems.

For the love of Apple, don't buy your RAM from them. Check out www.datamem.com <-- Much, much cheaper. 🙂
