I've noticed recently that a lot of comments that are critical of an article being a regurgitation of a previous article are being deleted. Is this a newer thing that has been happening? What's the reasoning behind this? I think it is a fair criticism and should still be allowed to be posted.

If you want to comment on the editors' decision to post a particular news story, you must do so in the Site and Forum Feedback forum, not in the news story's discussion thread, so as not to interfere with the discussion of the news story.

And not new.

I guess not new, but I feel like I've noticed more of the complaints lately and them being removed? Maybe with the amount of content coming out lately it's just been more of a problem 🤷‍♂️
