The Bloomberg article is forcing the browser to scroll down to some frame wanting users to accept their cookie policy. This is quite a annoyance as i start reading the top article then suddenly i am on some other article wanting me to accept some cookie policy.

That sounds like the GDPR policy popup discussed in this thread. Once you accept it, does it come back again?

The threat you are linking to is the GDPR policy for Macrumors, the one i am talking about pulls you down to the article posted on the 13th about Tim Cook reflecting on Steve Jobs. You are dragged down to this every time you access the website. As in it scrolls the browser down.

Accepting the cookie does seem to make it stop.
It was a bit of a pain if you were alternating between things in the nether regions of the front page e.g. Other Mac topics, Site Comments, and then pressing the 'back' button to return to the front page, you got taken to the top each time.
All good now though.
(although once the Bloomberg vid's gone from the front page I might well remove the cookie out of spite, just because it was so irritating!)

Super annoying and it seems to be coming back after a while.
