I love the Ti 10, I have been owning at least 2 Apple watches for several years. Last year traded my SS8 for my Ti 10 but also have had a SS9, then decided I also wanted the Hermes' so got that as well in the 10, this gave me 3 Apple watches. But found because of the weight factor and yes I could tell a big difference from the SS to Ti I never ever wore my SS9. I took my SS9 and traded it in at the Apple store for a gift card to be ready to use when the new apple watches come out. I also traded in my husbands iPad Mini since he no longer uses it and uses a full size iPad. The Apple Rep said we were smart to do this now because in a few weeks the trade in values will drop some. But to answer the original question I love what Apple did with the 10 and think it is the best Apple watch so far and I have had every series from the beginning.

My lack of enthusiasm results from the fact that Apple no longer sells leather bands. I loved Apple's leather band design and would not wear a watch without a leather band to work or to dinner. Also, I hate the fact that Apple positioned its "rugged" version as the "Ultra." It should be possible to have a premium-but-non-rugged watch.

Couple of things on this...
1) The "rugged" nature of the Apple Watch Ultra is overrated. In practice it is just a larger form factor Apple Watch with more durable and premium materials and a bigger battery. I see plenty of business executives wearing Apple Watch Ultras with suits.
2) The Apple Watch Ultra with the titanium band, in particular, has a premium look
3) The titanium Series 10 watch also looks premium
4) The Hermes versions (both Ultra and Series) are also positioned as premium
5) You are right on leather, Apple should reintroduce a leather band

So there are plenty of premium Apple Watches available. There *used* to be a premium option with the aluminum watch - buying it with a leather link band. But you are right in that apple discontinued that look for that model, to the detriment of the watch

Series 11 success will depend on if they get these blood pressure or other sensors actually implemented in a way that people feel useful (the sleep apnea detection is a bit roundabout - we need new real sensors)
No, it will be the regular watch for people when it’s time for their upgrade. It will be as successful as every yearly iteration, which is to say make more money than the entirety of Pepsi.

Yearly upgraders for the watch are an extreme minority. Apple understands this.

Depending on the features, I’ll be upgrading my wife’s and my SE’s to either the 11, or a nicely discounted 10 for the holidays.
