Assign apps to specific display?

I have the extended mode with my external display on my Macbook. Is there a way I can assign an app so that whenever it opens, it always opens on the Macbook

For ex. When I open up iTunes, and drag it to my Macbook display for that session, then it'll always stay there. But, if I disconnect and reconnect my display, iTunes will be on my external display again. Is there anyway I can assign the app to a specific dispay?
