Assistance Needed Reinstalling Microsoft Word 2016 on macOS High Sierra

I previously had Word 2016 activated on an older MacBook Pro that no longer works. I am now using a MacBook Pro with macOS High Sierra (10.13.3) and cannot reinstall Word 2016.





I no longer have access to my original product key or the old email accounts tied to the purchase. I would appreciate help locating my license or advising what options are available.

So you don't have the original product key nor do you have access to the Microsoft Account which the license key was activated with? Then you are out of luck. You will have to purchase a new license key and activate it. Licenses for Mac Office 2016 are relatively inexpensive if you search. You could also try calling Microsoft support and telling them your sob story. It's possible they may take pity on thee.
