So lets just say the cat is out of the bag and everything we heard of the iphone 7 so far is true and Apple doesn't have any ' one last thing ' surprises.

So lets recap.

  • Iphone 7 will come in 3 models . Regular, + and Pro
  • Pro will have 256 gig storage & 3 gig ram and the dual camera .
  • No headphone jack
  • Faster A10 processor
  • Flush, pressure-sensitive home button
  • Improved water resistance, but not waterproof
  • Design 95% similar to iPhone 6s
  • Redesigned antenna bands
  • comes with lighting wired ear pod headphones
So will you upgrade to the iphone 7 if these rumors are true?

I have 6S+ and I'm 100% happy with it so I'm NOT interested in upgrading. I added the final two poll suggestions for laughs and I am sorry if anyone gets offended.

I think the general consensus is that there will be 2 models. The regular and the plus. The plus will have 3GB of Ram, Dual lens camera and Peyton mannings forehead bezels. But for me, I have a 6S and for the first time since the very first iPhone, I don't know if I'm going to buy it on launch or if I will buy an S7 Edge. I used the edge for work and it's awesome. I'm buying a new phone next month. It's either the iPhone 7 or the S7 Edge.

All vanity completely aside because that is that not my intent at all, yes I'll upgrade. I'm not saying I'll be 100% thrilled with Apple or it's decision making skills. Nor will I fall for the over use of adjectives they use on stage to convince me that this 'phone', not just iPhone, is the best ever made. I upgrade every year on launch day. I have the money to do so and even if the improvements are not major, they are still improvements I enjoy having. If funds were tight then sure, I might skip. But that's not my situation.

Think it depends how great the duel camera really is and if there is a space black model..

Im 125% with you - If there is a space black and the plus has all the bells and whistles the rumors have been whispering about - Im in. I have the annual Verizon deal so I would pay $118 bucks to early upgrade.

If no upgraded dual camera or black model on the plus model - I MIGHT keep my iphone 6s plus, send it to neucase and get a matte black housing. Keep it until the 2017 model comes out and pass it down to my husband since it will be paid off.

Then again I always get the new iPhone why stop now?????

Space black or cosmic blue alone would do it for me without any other features. Just need a new toy to play with.

Looks Like new photos are out - Take my money Apple/Verizon

Personally I never upgrade only after a year. I own a Note 4 for 2 years now so I'll upgrade this time to the iPhone

I won't be, but it's because I bought the 128GB 6s with intention of holding onto it for about 3 years (minimum).

I'm more inclined to update my watch than my phone so quickly.

It's a difficult decision for sure. But Apple's ecosystem is too much of an investment for me to abandon all my Apple products, Especially since I'm due to upgrade to the Skylake MacBook Pro. But then again, I'm looking forward to leaving the SE and rejoining the 4.7 iPhone 7. Your mileage may vary.

If these are true then Apple is sending a strong signal that non-plus owners should be moving ourselves to a 3-year upgrade cycle while we sit back and watch the + users get the improvements.

Ok, Apple. If you say so.

That's a big "no" from me, then.

I'll be buying with Apple IPhone upgrade program and will get the next iPhone next year as well. Guess that's a benefit of the program!

I have a 6S but I'll upgrade anyways because I love technology.

Black iPhone 7 for pre order

Get one every other year. Due this year, BUT this will be the first time I want to see one first. I can wait a few weeks, contract ends this month.
