Despite the fact that there is no longer any significant probability of an Earth impact, The Planetary Society is offering a $50,000 prize for the best plan to put a tracking device on or near the asteroid.

Great stuff – we all ought to put our heads together, come up with a plan and split the cash. With the problem solving ingenuity shown on these forums it should be a piece of cake. 😎

Anyway, I don't know how they can work out exactly where it's going to go. The footage in yellow's link shows it's weaving about all over the shop. It could end up anywhere... 😱
