Astronomy watch face, Real time Clouds??

They look close to real, but maybe that's a coincidence.

Anyone know for sure?

Comparing what's on my watch to the current cloud cover map on the US, I'm not seeing any weather over the Carolinas on the watch, where on the satellite it's a pretty significant tropical system.
