Asus Keynote Similar Resemblance?

Got these photos off Engadget and couldn't help but notice the resemblance to this other little companies keynotes.

This is not a thread bashing on Asus products (even though they aren't for me) or gathering members to lash out in hatred toward them. I simply want to know what you guys think.

To be specific down to the very same font.

Okay, so they are using iWork, which is mac only, to sell another product from an OEM using Windows?
