The one thing that was not mentioned by Apple or AT&T yesterday is the rollout of 3G to new markets...

Why have a 3G phone if there is never a chance to get a 3G signal. I am hoping that AT&T does a mass blanket of existing markets.

Sadly, I live near the edge of the San Francisco Bay and normal coverage is spotty at best. By keeping my iPhone in the same place 24/7, unless I'm traveling, I'm able to keep about 2-3 bars. I've also checked out their 3G coverage and find that it basically overlaps the current coverage. I've lived near the Bay going on 19 years, so now, I find myself searching for a new house on the premise that I have "full bars" and "EDGE" and of course "3G!"
