AT&T 64gb black iPad 2 a rare find?

I have seen many things as a Soldier and Police Officer but, I'm having PTSD over my Ipad. To learn some lessons from this I would tell you first if you drive an open air vehicle keep your stuff very secured. 2nd was the the smart cover really didn't protect it very much. The smart cover brackets were tongued pretty hard. The backside took a pretty bad beating too. Not that you expect it to stand up to a vehicle at 50 mph. I am really interested about how it would have held up had I had an otterbox case for it. My wife has loaned me her 1st gen to keep me going but, really need to find another one soon for an overseas trip in the next 10 days, Keep your stuff very close people. Don't be like me!
 
Just picked up a white 16gb 3G. But the misses said she doesn't want 3G now. :mad: Oh well I guess I will put it up for sale on ebay. Wonder what these prices are going for there?

I'll sell you my 4 day old (lightly used but like new) 32 gb black wifi only for around what it cost me after tax.

Did you use an AMEX card to pay for it? They cover accidental damage for up to 90 days from the date of purchase.
 
Like the others said make a genius appointment and take the iPad along.

Explain what happened and they may take pity on you and replace it for not much or even for free as that is a pretty freakish event!

What have you go to lose? if they say no then your in exactly the same situation but if they say yes...

Seriously? Like it isn't heavy.. but not THAT light. It's like saying the wind will blow my iPhone out while in the convertible...
