AT&T account problem

My info is right but got this message form Apple Store
"The mobile number that was entered does not match the billing zip code and/or Social Security number. Please try again."
Any ideas? How to fix this?
Thanks.
 
Check your ATT Account to make sure things are right and verify, if not try ordering it thru ATT and see if it goes thru.
