I preordered the iPhone X last night what I thought was as successful since I agreed on the trade in of my old phone, and to pay the taxes for iPhone X. I even received a confirmation page and order number. However I woke up to find alerts on the AT&T app and website saying “Don’t let your preorder get cancelled” followed by a phone number. I’ve called and no one seems to know what the problem is. Order shows as pending. Any ideas/help? Thank you.
