    It was a well written complaint until you ended it with "Peace."

    Agreed. That last word completely changed the validity of your statements, IMO.

    Actually, it wasn't. It is, however, an example of an opportunity thrown away.

    Well obviously it could be cleaned up a bit, but I thought it did a pretty good job of explaining that better service is demanded for a phone of this nature. Adding "Peace" at the end made it sound like a jab at AT&T instead of a legit complaint from a customer.

    I think you should have went with "Peace Out" at the end... that shows real class.

    I think AT&T would have been more AFRAID if you had used your GANSTA' Rap Thug Name: "Fitty-Five-Cents".....:eek::p:eek::p:eek::p
