Ive recently switched from unlimited to family plan. Maybe its always been like this, but I just received my bill, even though I still have half of month on my billing cycle left. This has been like this for the past two bills. Is this normal?
 
That's strange. My billing cycle always ends on the 18th of every month and I receive my bill a few days after that. It didn't change when I changed plans in February.
 
My bill says feb20-mar19, but my usage report says I still have 18 days left of billing period?
 
Call AT&T.
I think you are looking at your bill for the previous billing cycle, not the current one.
