Carrier AT&T business premier account pre-order (iPhone 6 Plus) only!

I ordered within the first 10 minutes of the open period. I just called the online system and said my item is on backorder and it would be shipped when available. 6+ 64GB AT&T. 10/2-10/13 ship date.

They might as well have said "because of a Godzilla attack iPhones will be shipped when available, Your expected shipdate is whatever your screen says. Have a nice day and god save us from this fire breathing lizard monster!"

The reps that people call literally look up the screen you look up. They don't have any more information then you do.

Getting discouraged reading the other AT&T preorder plus page where users are getting shipping info.

Could it be that ours are delayed due to Premier?

Could be, apparently they are processed differently. I wouldn't actually get discouraged yet. Tomorrow this time yeah you can worry but as of now its still highly probable that we get it on friday as long as you ordered within a couple hours of launch.

Tracking info for some

I ordered 60 for my business account, or I should say I had my CSR order them. I have no idea what time the order was placed.

I have about 10 order numbers and out of those a single one for Q5 is shipping.

It is weird as the order number is right in the middle, no logic on why this one ships as they are all 16gb base 6 models space gray.

I am hoping that the rest will be released soon, possibly they have to manually touch each one?

Tracking is not updated, but with the number I think I should get at least 5 on Friday.

Lessons for next year or next order:

• Start refreshing AT&T site prior to the start time and try to get an order in early
• Take screenshot of order confirmation page (because the confirmation e-mail may not come for hours)
• Have something to do (seriously) so that you're not constantly intrigued by whether or not your shipping date will change, or the item will ship, etc
• If not received by launch date, have something to do for the week(s) that your phone takes to arrive

I hope so too. Makes no sense how people who ordered hours after us are getting tracking numbers when I ordered mine at 11:50 PM PST and have gotten nothing.

Back for the iPhone 5 I think I received the tracking number the day before shipping or on the same day, but I always saw inconsistent shipping dates and still got it on d-day.

I got in early and I still don't have a tracking # so you can scratch that one off the list but the rest are dead on.

You're not alone. It truly seems like this is a premier issue. I've seen just about every 6 plus model ship but haven't heard of anyone from the premier.......

Could someone explain what premier is? I do not remember signing up for a premier account yet my order went through there. I placed my order @ 12:35 Friday morning through att.com for a 64gb gold plus.
