AT&T is officially on Crack. I canceled my pre order yesterday or at least I thought I did. I was planning on picking up one at an Apple store but no luck. So anyways, I just received an email for the order that was supposedly cancelled and it has shipped and im supposed to get it on Tuesday. IPhone 64 GB gold plus. ordered at 12:04 A.M.
 
Hey guys just got my tracking info. 64 gb gold iphone 6+. Shipping slated for Tuesdays via FedEx!
 
I'm so frustrated. Ordered on ATT's website September 12 3:11am EST. Got confirmation 4:42am in email. Card had the $1 authorization and then the $436 amount (2 year contract price) which stayed on my card for about 4 days. Charges fell off and now my order just says preparing for shipment ever since. No movement. Dates were bumped from Oct-31, Nov11 to the current Oct 2 - Oct 11. It's been that way for days. I call 611 or the 877 number and get item is backordered. AT&T reps of course give me the same info that I can get by checking online. I tried to order through apple's store app but gave up after 3:45am since it wouldn't let me on.

It's frustrating when people who ordered through Premier like me who have later dates already have their phones or their tracking information and I don't. Where in the world is MY phone/tracking info?

My 64gb Gold 6 Plus just shipped that I ordered through the Premier site at about 12:10am Pacific time. It is showing with a tracking number through the regular AT&T site and still as processing on the Premier site. Delivery is set for Tuesday.

I am soooo over it!

I cannot believe how awful the order process thru ATT has been! I understand the concept of supply and demand.. Ok- Maybe, Apple didn't make enough 6+'s but ATT's lack of fulfilling orders in a"first come, first serve" basis and then their irresponsibility on owning up to the errors that they have made in their internal processes (IT, Fulfillment, to the information given to customer service reps... (I am so over it)....

I have nothing but an order that I placed at 12:08am and a dumb confirmation that touts a lie "first come, first serve"
What I do have is multiple text messages, order delivery dates that have moved from the 19, to November, to late October, to early October... URGHHHHHHH

Give me my phone! That's all I want.... I keep checking the site for updates and nothing.. NOTHING AT ALL...

I'm done now.. I know this post is no different than many others, but I needed to get this out :)
 
Ordered two 6+'s at about 12:25am PDT. Times in the confirmation emails were 1:02 and 1:07am PDT.

128GB Silver and 128GB Space Gray. They've both been sitting at an expected shipping date of 10/2-10/13 for the last week. Received an email from ATT three hours ago that the Silver shipped today via Fedex with an estimated delivery of Tuesday by 3pm.

The 128GB Space Gray still shows preparing to ship 10/2-10/13.

Fedex tracking indicates that the delivery method is Standard Overnight. I'm not sure if that means there's a chance it will arrive tomorrow.

I was wondering the same thing. It's coming from Ft. Worth, which is only 2.5 hrs away, but I'm fine if it doesn't arrive until Tuesday. Just finally getting tracking rather than a BS delivery date was a relief.

Everyone hang tight! I believe if you ordered on 9/12 or even 9/11, you'll receive your phone this week. It sucks having to constantly check the order status page or call the 877 number when you see everyone else on these forums posting tracking info, but it's coming.

This will be, however, my last time ordering anything through AT&T Premier. I've learned my lesson and I'll take my chances with Apple next time, even if it takes an extra hour for the site to come online.

I'm kind of glad I ordered from Premiere because I know never to order from them ever again. I have a 10-2 10-13 delivery date and hope to get good news this week.

i tweeted their customer care and they told me to direct message them so I did, and well surprise surprise it's been 2 days and they never wrote back.
 
Mine shipped yesterday (Saturday) with an expected arrival of Monday.

Oh, it's a 128gig Space Gray 6 Plus. :D

Ordered 3:05 am at att.com got premier email confirmation around 4:28, original shipping was 10/22 then last week got bumped down to 10/02

4:08 pm EST got an email shipping notice just checked the tracking number scheduled for a tuesday delivery!!!!!

I still have not received a tracking number yet. I ordered at 3:15 AM and it still says my delivery date is between October 2 and October 13. I don't understand why people that have ordered hours after me have already received their phones or are getting them on Monday it's really not fair. I am going to be calling the to customer retention department tomorrow to see if they can do something to make me feel better about being treated like a piece of junk after being a customer for over a decade and especially since my monthly bill is massive so they've made a crap load of money of of me over the years.
