Man! Mine is still in "Preparing to Ship". Finally got through at 240am CT on 09/12 but I got my confirmation at 420 AM. Ordered the 64Gb/6+/Space. Crossing my fingers!

I'm moving back from a 2yr stint on Android. Couldn't resist the 5.5in and finally getting back DayOne on a phone.
 
So, I pre-ordered my 6 Plus 64gb (SG) on the launch date at around 12:30 am PT. Got the Premier confirmation e-mail at 2:40 am saying that the ship date will be 21-28 days. From then on my status on Premier said "Pending Shipment". It never changed. I also had not received a regular order number for the regular AT&T site. I kept calling customer service for both AT&T and Premier, and only got through 4 days later on Sept 16th. When I talked to them (Premier), they told me that my order had not even been processed, which was due to a glitch in the system supposedly. When they finally processed my order, my shipping date had been pushed all the way back to 11/9-11/27. When I check my status on the Premier site it says that my order was placed on 09/12, which is correct, but when I check my status on the regular site, it says that my order was placed on 09/16, which is BS. Just because their system screwed up and processed my order late, should not mean that I have to suffer for it. Regardless, my ship date still says 11/9-11/27, and I've given up any hope that I will get it sooner than that.

tl;dr: I hate AT&T. :mad:

I'm in the same boat. Preordered 6 Plus 64gb SG at 3:01a EST, confirmation email from Premier at 3:58a. Since then no communication from AT&T. Checked the website daily for updates and it said "In Progress" on AT&T, and "Preorder Processing. Expected Ship Date: Pending Confirmation" on Premier. After seeing your post I decided to call and see what the deal was. Three CSRs later and apparently my order was "Suspended" for a "throttle issue" which none of them had ever seen before. I asked why they never called, or why all the automated systems said everything was still processing and they had no response. The last CSR said not to worry and he would fix the order. He took my information again and "fixed" the order. I asked if I'd end up at the back of the line now and he said no everything will be ok. Then I receive the second confirmation email and find out he submitted a completely new order with estimated ship dates 10/30-11/10. Call back "Sorry nothing we can do." Really upsetting and they would not do anything to make up for it.

I asked her how easy it was to cancel if I found one locally and she said it was not a problem, just call from the store. Then I asked if it was 3am and I'm ordering from Apple who do I call? She said they were only available during their posted hours but that I could buy a phone at Apple, cancel my other order the next day, and then use that as my upgrade and they'd reimburse me the difference. Not sure I believe that...

If anybody still does not have their expected ship dates I suggest calling to see if there's an unreported issue with your preorder too.
 
I'm guessing we all gave up huh?. I feel so disappointed in AT&T. Then they have the audacity to charge us upgrade fee? After this fiasco? Wow.
 
I checked the 866 number and it's has always said my phone has shipped. But today I called and it said we received your order.

Does this mean something will happen soon for me?

Can you post the 866 number? When I try the 877 number it says that my item is in back order.
 
I ordered the 128gb space gray IPhone + within 30 minutes of release. No word. I think I'm doubly screwed in that I noticed the space gray seem to be going out less frequently then the others, and the 128gb seems rare as well. I'm seeing gold and silver, 16 and 64bg, 128bg, a few 64gb grey, but nobody has reported getting the 128bg space gray plus.
 
10/2-10/13 shipping date peeps - who has received shipping notice (or their phone)?

Ordered a 64gb silver 6+ at 4.15a ET on 9/12. Has been "preparing to ship" from the beginning with the 10/2-10/13 range almost from the start.
 
Has anyone had any luck getting them to waive the upgrade fee because of this mess? Am I just wasting my breath trying to talk to a CSR?

I don't see much action from Northern California posting tracking - delivery dates.
