I woke up this morning to an email from fedex delivery manager. My status on 877 number changed last night around 8pm. The Att Pages both remain unchanged. It will be here this morning. Crazy since fedex just sent me info at like 5am.

what did it say on the 877 number? does the status order page still say shipping date of 10/2-10/13 for you?
It know how much info I wanted so here is as much detail as I can recall.
1. Tues between 5 - 8 pm CST the 877 switched from back ordered to processing.
2. Wed at 4:30 am CST I received an email from fedex that my package had shipped. At this time both premier and att pages remained unchanged.
3. Wed at 6:45 am the Premier page Estimated Dates went blank.
4. Wed 7am both pages were updated to say Shipped.
Does anyone else have trouble getting Fedex to send you a notice of shipment through delivery manager? I've never been able to set it up correctly where I would be notified, I always need to manually enter a tracking number in order to add it to my account and the packages are all going to the same address.
I had never called the 877 number before but I dont know if it was saying backordered before or not. Another number I called said the order was received that I called last week.
For those that switched from back ordered ot processing do you still have the cancel pre-order on the premier order status page?

Logged onto My AT&T app this morning and had shipping information - will be here tomorrow. Finally I can do work at work instead of stalking websites. Good luck out there!

Mine was this way, check the att.com orders page. When mine was this way the ATT page said shipped with tracking.
Yesterday the 877 number was saying backordered. This morning it is now saying processing but still with ship dates of 10/2-10/13.
ATT site still says processing with same ship dates.

Yea I posted in the other ATT thread that it's shipped when I went back to see the att.com page.
That is my situation exactly. 128GB SG +, ordered 15 minutes after AT&T started accepting preorders. 877 number just switch to "processing" from "backorder", but still says shipping between 10/2-10/13.
I'll update thread if anything changes.
