Got it in within 8 mins and still no email!

That's really lucky. I got in around 12-15 minutes and got 2 orders placed. I went for my third and I couldn't get it to verify my update for 40 minutes. Got lucky and was able to place that order through Apples website.

Well I just got my 1st email. My iPhone 6 16GB is expected to be delivered on the 19th. WOOT.

Man I'm pissed, I ordered at 3:12 am and just finally got my Premier order email and the ship date is 14-21 days:mad::

don't feel too bad. I placed three orders within the 3:20-ish range and I'm showing 21 to 28 business days.

leave it to good ole AT&T....
 
Still haven't received an email or bank charge. Two chat agents were less than helpful, and their support number which they said I have to call isn't open yet.

I didn't even realize I was ordering through the Premier account. I actually ordered twice and need to cancel one. What's the best number to call them on?

I got an email confirmation about two hours after ordering. I'm a little worried that when I login to my ATT account, it still says me line is eligible for an upgrade?

I never even knew that "premiere" was a thing. I checked my order status and it shows the phone with my grandfathered plan with an expected ship date of "pending confirmation". I'm not super pleased with this. I was told that you cannot cancel a premiere order because it gets processed right away. That why I cancelled my apple order which had a delivery date of 9/19 for the 64GB Plus.
 
My email came through right away. Mine said 21-28 days for the iPhone 6+ 128GB Space Grey. Ordered around 4am PST.
 
Not sure what to do, I was able to order around 3:45 EST. Never got a confirmation email. When I try to check order status, it cannot find my order. AT&T isn't open yet. Meanwhile, the ship times from Apple are going to get longer and longer while I wait to see if AT&T even received my order.

I ordered around that time and just got the email. If you don't get it before support opens, then I'd recommend calling to get a confirmation. That's what I was waiting to do, but mine did come.

Can you give us an example or screen shot of the email? I ordered a 64GB grey plus at 3:25.

Took about an hour to get the initial confirmation email and that's all I've gotten. A few minutes ago, they charged my CC (I get push notifications). I just checked my order... it says Shipping Date: 10/13-10/22 :-/

However, it says Item Status: Preparing to Ship (though, maybe it's just going to stay like that for a month...)

For what is is worth...prior launches I have always ordered from Apple with pretty good success. However today since I was not able to get through on Apple.com or the iPhone/iPad Apple Store apps I went the AT&T.com route.

I got the order (iP6 64GB Space Gray) started in Premier around 3:10 AM EST. Completed by 3:15 AM EST. It seemed way to easy and thought for sure I ordered the wrong phone ;->. Received order email confirmation at 3:16 AM stated expected to arrive on or around 9/19/2014.

Clicked the link in the email this morning around 6:30 AM and it did not list a ship/delivery date. Checked the order from AT&T.com and it showed shipping date of 9/17-/9/18.

I just went back and checked it just now from the email and it shows the same.

I would recommend checking the AT&T.com order status, it seems to be more up to date.
 
I ordered the gold 64 gb 6+ at 3:15 et, received first confirm right away with 14-21 biz days, received 2nd confirm this morning expected ship date between 10/13-10/22. A bit disappointed but life goes on. Only concern is I won't be able to trade my current phone right away, I hope I get the same trade value to apply to my bill one month from now
 
I'm sorry some people had problems, but I was kinda surprised how smooth it went. I logged in about 2:30 CT, placed my order in about 5 minutes and went back to bed. Shipping confirmation came around 90 minutes after my order confirming 9/19.
 
lol, at&t call center employees dont seem to know whats going on. the girl just told me that since I didn't receive a confirmation email that I need to go ahead and pre-order it again. nice.
