How come when I go online and try to add a feature to my account, I get this message:
"F999: You can view your current features as an iPhone customer, but you are not able to add or remove features online at this time. If you would like to add or remove a feature, please contact customer service at 800-331-0500"
I pay more them most normal cell phone customers... why do I feel like a 2nd class citizen? The CS reps at AT&T are morons and they never know what they are doing. I like to do things myself online- that way I know it has been done correctly!
