Hello all it's that time of the year when at&t customers can check and see if they will get a early upgrade for the next iPhone. Just call *639# and it will send you a text message back to let you know your status.


Mine says I can upgrade early for the normal price. Well after I pay my bill lol :p.

Check yours and report back.

I got December 6, 2011. Hopefully people within 6 months will get their upgrade pushed.

Mine was november but for iPhone I am eligible right now!
 
Mine said no normal pricing till 11/30/11. Says I can get discounted iPhone upgrade with 2-year commitment pricing + $250 along with a new 2-year commitment deal. I got mine the day it came out too.
 
I got 11/18/11, but for iPhone I can go now if I renew for 2 years and pay $18 upgrade fee.

Your lucky I am stuck until December 6 unless AT&T pushes my upgrade to October 4 or 5th or 6th.

I got a similar message except mine says 12/06/11. I hope I can upgrade, so tired of my 3GS.

I bought iPhone 4 the second day it was out and it says I can get the new one for the normal upgrade pricing now. But for any other phone I have to wait till November.

It also says $18 upgrade charge. But that will be waived with a corporate discount.

uuuggghhh still 2/15/2011 for me w/ 75 dollar bill + fan discount. Oh well I planned on opening a new line anyway.

At&t has let me upgrade early every year 2G,3G,3GS,4 and whatever the new one is.


I wonder why other people have to wait?


EDIT: I paid full price for the 2G original iPhone like everybody.
 
Mine says I'm eligible, but I bought an iPhone 4 on launch day... is this normal? Did they bump the date or something, I didn't I would be... I'm excited now!

And the reason I have an upgrade is because I didn't buy an iPhone 4.

3gs 4 lyfe.

I bought my 3GS a few weeks after it came out. I got the "As a valued customer, we can offer you an upgrade with a new 2-yr commitment and an $18 upgrade fee."

Mind says the same thing but the date is 11/19

I got this iPhone on launch last year why can't I upgrade now? I haven't been late on my bill what gives?

Same here and I was launch as well, I also cracked my screen =(. I'm going to just call and convince them, it should work.

I called att earlier to see what's up with my account told them that I checked a few months back and it said I was eligible back in June now they pushed it back he looked into it and couldn't find out why it was pushed back and said he couldn't do anything. I told him I plan on cancel my services hoping they would push up my update. Nope going to call again tomorrow and see can I talk to manger if they can't move I up again.
 
bought mine on day one... have three lines lowest minute plan. I am primary line with unlimited messaging and unlimited data.... I am not elgible for an upgrade until 11/30/2011 :( I can get a discounted iphone upgrade lol oh well

Mine is the same thing,i was eligible June 30th now it says Nov 30th and they can't tell me why,i got the 4 at launch last yr,this really sucks,i have 2 family plans with them and pay $400 a month in wireless bills,as much as i pay them plus I've been with them 9 yrs they should fix it and move it up.

They just pushed mine back too. Was eligible two days ago, now I have to wait till Nov 26th.
