AT&T Finally cancelled my order

    Thank you for your recent purchase on the AT&T Premier Online Store. We are pleased that you chose AT&T as your wireless service provider.

    Unfortunately, we cannot process your order as you are not eligible for an upgrade at this time.

    Looks like my order at Apple claimed the upgrade before AT&T got around to processing it. And Apple order status is finally working showing my Oct 13 delivery...ugh
