Click to expand... It's not so much that at&t is switching to a new frequency but they're consolidating all their EDGE to the 1900(?) frequency.

A aristobrat macrumors G5 Feb 27, 2009 #3 If you put your phone into field test mode (by dialing *3001#12345#*) and play around in there, it should tell you what frequency your phone is using.
