Serious or rhetorical question? Of course there is no proof, but Apple is most certainly working on it. More memory=more apps, music and video to be sold. I wouldn't be surprised if they get 32gb in an iPhone in the next 7 months.
However, I will be VERY surprised if they don't do it by January 2010. That is the time everyone would be eligible for their next upgrade if they pulled the trigger on a new 16gb iPhone this July.
