Carrier AT&T HD Voice and iPhone 6 in San Antonio, TX

Is anyone else able to use their iPhone 6 with HD Voice on AT&T? I noticed last week in San Antonio, TX that the calls have become really clear sounding. I checked the AT&T website and while it hasn't officially launched here, I can definitely tell HD Voice has been enabled.

For me it is. My wife and I both have iPhone 6's and VoLTE is working perfectly.
