I just bought an Ipad Air 2 from a friend of mine however it's already been activated through AT&T and he bought it there. Is there any to get it to work on Verizon eventually? I do have Iphone 6 Plus already activated on verizon if that helps any. Thanks!

You'll just need to get a Verizon nano-sim. The Apple sim that comes with the AT&T model only works on AT&T, T-Mobile and Sprint.

I have an iPad 3 Verizon and I just plugged a T-Mobile sim in it and it just worked. T-Mo used to give out 200mb for free each month, not sure if they are still doing that.

You could also use the sim from your iPhone in the iPad to test it out, see if you like the speeds, etc, before making the commitment to paying for a separate line of data.

Ok, I popped my Iphone 6 Plus nano sim into the Ipad Air 2 and it worked great. Great speeds. Now I went to the Verizon activation page and typed in the IMEI number and it says: "The phone associated with the Device ID you entered is not compatible with the Verizon Wireless network."

So now what do I do?
