iPad mini At&T iPad Mini on Verizon

Ive seen similar threads but only for earlier versions of the iPad. So can an AT&T iPad mini be used on Verizon? I know I won't get 4G which is fine I think it'd be 3G or a little faster correct?

I bought the AT&T mini because of the discount 100 and because my AT&T 4S had decent speed and reception, the iPad isn't as good.

It doesn't have a CDMA radio or the right LTE bands for Verizon. I went the other way, I bought a Verizon iPad mini and put an AT&T sim in it and I get HSPDA+ but not LTE.
