Same, I ordered at the store because my app, and the site had issues on last friday. The store was right by my job, went there last Friday morning thinking it would be easy. Pre-ordered in 5 mins, AT&T rep told me he saw a delivery date of 9/22 on his end. I never received a tracking number and did NOT want to call customer service. Went back over to the At&t store, they told me no stores received any Pro Max and they wont be here until next month sometime. Guess I'll be waiting. Would rather have it today, but it's for sure not the worse thing in the world that I have to wait for a phone.went to two AT&T stores and they both said all socal att stores will not get any pro maxs
