Same thing happened to me
not much help said should be soon does no think it will be the actual dates.

I would be knocked off my seat if once I called and they actually provided some real data
not reading from a prepared stuff to say
I just called an the automated thingy told me my order was processed and sent to their warehouse for shipment, I cannot change or cancel my order.
When you guys got a rep did they say if your order was sent out? Or if it could be changed or cancelled?

Sorry guys, I was trying to be helpful :oops: did you guys also try the automated system first? That's what I just used because like we all know, the reps have zero info.
i was expecting an automated system but i was sent to a man who barely spoke english ...half of the stuff he said made 0 sense. i guess i'll just wait it out...hopefully i'll get it at some point this week... my excitement is slowly diminishing o_O

he told me i could cancel my order but it might not go through because it's in process ...did who you spoke to have a heavy indian-like accent?

But you know what they say about people who guess instead of using facts.

Just like past years, my AT&T orders were delivered exactly as promised. Launch day 9/25 at 9:55 AM.

1) Rose Gold 64GB 6S Plus (Bright Pink)
2) Space Gray 64GB 6S Plus
Okay? Good for your orders. But this year they were not delivered "exactly as promised" to others, so try basing info off anyone other than yourself next time.

Yeah tried the automated one and they said AT&T cancelled my order which they did but I reinstated it on the 12th so I don't know at this point lol

Same happened to me yesterday when I tried to cancel.

You can request to speak to a CSR in the USA. It may seem rude, but if you cannot understand the person you have a right to speak with another rep.

Yesterday it was impossible to cancel my order even though it did not have a tracking number (at that time). Since I did get a tracking number today, they were correct.

Conclusion, if you can actually cancel then your order is not shipping today. If you cannot cancel you are close to getting a tracking number.

Wow, you actually got your 64gb 6s plus rose gold on launch day?!?? When did you do your preorder and what type of plan on you on? Oh & what were your original shipping dates?
 
the more time that goes by without shipping info the more pi$$ed i'm getting.. this is absolutely RIDICULOUS :mad::mad::mad:
I agree. And it's not like I ordered a rose gold. I feel like I'm one of the only ones waiting for a regular gold 64gig 6S+

yeah really! i'm not sure what' going on in that warehouse. i'm super tempted to call them. i check this forum before i check my order status because when other phones ship it give me more hope than just looking at my order status and seeing the same old "in progress"
 
Just the conspiracy in my head, maybe they are making 2 year contract people wait longer.

that is what I was thinking too if we switch to next we can go to any place , apple store, best buy, etc,
you can go pick it up even.
I have seen some with 2 yr contract, not really with Rose get them on release day but not many more were next and outright.

Alright guys, I feel obligated to tell you all even though it makes the wait worse, but my phone just shipped (64 silver plus). I guess they are shipping today. Will be here tuesday. I never got a confirmation email or that activation mail so I didn't think it was going to happen. I really hope you all get your notice very soon.
