AT&T said they would not unlock the iphoje because of the exclusitivity... But now they have verizon on their ass so shouldnt AT&T unlock it by law or something??? Dont rant me... If i said something which was incorrect then tell me, ill fix it....

Verizon and ATT use different technologies.

If an ATT phone is unlocked, you can't use it on Verizon.

T-mobile is another argument though.

This is just another case of the customer service not knowing what they are talking about. AT&T does not unlock iPhones but they don't seem to know why they do it. That's why they'll just pull something new out of their ass each time they are asked to unlock it.
