AT&T LTE in Grand Rapids MI

I seem to get fast speeds with my iPhone and slow speeds with my ipad, or fast speeds with my ipad and slow speeds with my iPhone. I never seem to get fast speeds with oth at the same time or n the same location. Seems strange to me.
