Carrier AT&T LTE network so slow compared HSPA+.

AT&T LTE not connecting but wifi does

Today all the sudden my LTE connection isn't working on my iPhone 6 Plus with At&t. Wifi works however. I've tried everything to fix it (removed SIM card, Reset network setting etc...) any idea of what I should do next?
