After having use the wifi calling for the past 10 days now, I'm going to turn my microcell back on. What I have noticed is that, as expected, local ROUTER bandwidth and usage by other devices can impact the wifi calling bandwidth available and of course then impact the call quality. Even though I have a very powerful router and huge WAN pipe, and even with some QoS settings in place (which most people will NOT have enabled) I have experienced call quality degradation at times of high network usage.. several people on the LAN, using a VOIP system, downloading updates (even with 100MB pipe)..

I was only going to use the microcell for the times when others with a non wifi calling enabled device were here, but I prefer the reliability that it offers for call quality over the wifi calling feature
