AT&T Next Installment Not Showing On Bill

    I pre ordered two 6's and received both on launch day. But only one of them says Active installment plan and is actually being charged. The other says Cancelled with no future payments to be made.

    I was more curious to see if any one was in the same situation.

    The fact that you did the same thing twice at the same time and got different results is what leads me to suspect this is an actual error and not something that is just confusing and needs explaining.

    Yes, absolutely, these forums can be helpful to explain AT&T things, but I have a nagging feeling you've got a real problem.

    I had a similar issue. Canceled after first payment and changed to a contract instead. I also lost the BYOD/Next discount on family share plan. CSR had no idea how/why. She thought it may be related to a device trade-in that I did in-store shortly after I received my 6.

    NEXT agreement was reinstated after the call.
