Carrier AT&T Next - No Return Notification

I've checked my tracking and my old phone arrived in Texas over a week ago. I haven't received any kind of notification that it's been received in good condition. Should I have by now? Anyone else experienced issues?

I did call customer service and they confirmed the tracking shows it's there.I just don't want a surprise charge on my next bill.

Same thing here. No notification from AT&T that they have received the phone. Tracking shows it arrived in Texas 8 days ago. My account shows that installment plan is complete, but I thought we were supposed to get a text and/or email. I did the online chat and they just acknowledged that it is on its way to the warehouse and it can take up to 10 business days to check in. I would like to cancel my applecare+ on that line and get my prorated refund, but not comfortable doing that until i get confirmation they received it.
