Mine still says software is up to date. Maybe, it's because I'm not near wifi?

Normally a carrier will release the OTA update in batches of IMEI

My testing confirms that it fixes the dreaded AT&T GPS issue too. Phone seems noticeably more responsive and battery life has been great today. I've been talking on it all day too.

Did the update install Beats Music?

I just got an update for it and I've never installed it.

Yeah, it did. That's weird and kind of intrusive. Admittedly, I did not watch the update, but still...

Yeah I don't like that. I just noticed it says up to 3 month free trial for AT&T users.
Damn AT&T. I hate their crap software and them making us keep it on our phones.

I wish Samsung would grow a pair and tell carriers to F-Off and leave their crap off of their devices.

Couldn't agree more. This is one thing I really like about the iPhone.
