Covering people is misleading. Just means heavily populated areas have coverage. So you are covered as long as you stay in one place. Sort of contradicts the notion of a "mobile" phone. I want service when I'm out and about.

I have a buddy who drives through Kentucky daily for his job and has AT&T and he goes in and out of service all the time. so I know at least Kentucky has a lot of black holes.
